Level Up - New release 😎
Just released a new two song release to all streaming services . The first one “Easy Does It” actually had a work in progress video posted here as it was being worked on, so here’s the finished version
The bside is a cover of one of the stage music tracks from the first Sonic the Hedgehog
Happy listening!

Some vocoder Sinatra would sound good on this... Bruno mars too
Yeah I thought about adding vocals but changed my my mind at the last minute lol
Enjoyed them both, some nice playing throughout 👍
Good stuff, an enjoyable ride. I especially liked the left turn and tones you get at 1:30 mark of Easy Does It. That left turn arrives right around the time my ears needed a refocus moment.
Thank you! The funny part is, that part was a placeholder done in GarageBand until my bandmate Dino had the chance to add his guitar solo, but when he heard it he was like “ actually yeah that’s perfect as is” 😄
Very cool tracks, I like them,
You’d sayd recording in garage band,
what instrument are you using for those freaky drum fills in *Easy does it”?
;-)
I use the GarageBand drums; actually record in real time along to the metronome, in 8 to 16 bar increments. I do overdub parts of course ; sometimes (like in this case) I’ll use the Garageband drummer for the kick and maybe the hats, and add to it. Then I’ll quantize it
Here’s a screen recording of me actually working on this song, and later on adding to the Drummer track
