Be really handy if Hip Hop drummer could wait until the end of the bar when a user changes the beat for a variation on a song, instead if instant change!

    How are you changing the pattern? Try using Livepads. They switch at cycle boundaries. Pop Drummer always changes on cycle boundaries I think. Maybe this will be added in other drummers.

    Nah, doesn't work for what I am after. The pads only change the rhythm...I want to change the kit using the preset beat that is assigned to the kit. EG, change from, say, Kaduna to Beira. If you pick the right ones, you can get a pseudo- variation thing (like on the other Lumbeat apps) happening.

    maybe be a dumb question, but how do you then delete the Live pads you've assigned, without loading anymore?

    so it can't be done then? Removing them from the pad?

    I don't have hip-hop drummer, but in the Funk Drummer, the "New" button clears all the pads.
