Digistix 2 next pattern previous pattern with midi

I can select patterns with midi using cc20. Now I would like to assign a foot switch to send a midi command to go to the next higher numbered pattern or to the next lower pattern. Without having to have a foot switch for every pattern in the bank. Is there a widget I can use to send cc20, x+1 and x-1?

    Set up a stepped dial to send midi messages in item source to send cc20. You can set the value range (say 0 to 32) . Then set up a binding to nudge the dial forward and backward.

    Also, turn on wrap if you want the dial to continue from the last step to the first and vice-versa.

    I'm confused when you say a footswitch - do you mean one with multiple buttons?

    You could assign the footswitch directly into Digistix via MIDI and skip Loopy altogether. Personally I'd lock Digistix to a particular MIDI channel to do that and have your controller exclusively send it on that channel.

    As suggested by @espiegel123 above, you could "hardcode" the values being sent from Loopy, but it doesn't sound like that's what you want? You specifically want to go up/down from whatever the current is? Whether it's possible to advance +1/-1 along the current CC value would be a question of Digistix's implementation.

    My suggestion would go up down from the current value as long as you use the dial to do the pattern switching
