Is this possible: Loopy Pro on iPad Pro (2017, A10 Series)?
My iPhone screen is a bit small to learn Loopy Pro, but I'm on a budget. Can I use iPad Pro (2017, A10 Series) with 256 GB?
(I know an M chip is recommended, but out of my price range.)
Mainly do vocal improv practice and some live looping via Lightning connector in the Camera Adapter to an audio interface.
Anything I should be aware of?

Fwiw, I used an iPad 6 for quite a while with Loopy Pro. Your iPad is a bid more performant. With those devices, you will be need to take care with the number of plugins and which plugins you use, particularly if you need small buffers for low latency performance.
Later model base model iPads will be not much more expensive and far more performant.
Having an iPad with USB-C also had a lot of advantages. They are less finicky connecting to audio interfaces and use standard cables. There are lots of USB- peripherals, not as many lightning peripherals.
I’m on the exact same device. As @espiegel123 says, with a bit of care in choosing plugins etc you should be OK. You might have to put up with a higher latency setting if you want to add more complexity to your set. I’m using AUM 1024 mostly and it copes with most things fairly comfortably.
The great thing about Loopy Pro is you can always easily bounce to audio and idle apps and FX to save CPU. I run a 9th gen A17 now, but before I was on an Air 2 and with this method I never ran into a project I couldn't manage. I just got in the habit of dumping to audio as I went.
Today I can relax with that a little, but old habits die hard and I continue to do so whenever sessions start to get into the 30% range. I can go all day in this way.
tldr; lower power devices are a little more hassle to work with, but Loopy Pro makes it possible to cope with for those of us with limited means.
