Saving an fix chain in Beatmaker 3
Does anybody here know if it's possible to save an effects chain in Beatmaker 3? I made a nice fix chain on an audio track and I want to use it on other tracks. I searched AI google and it said it's possible, but the explanation they gives , doesn't seem correct.
Thanks

I was able to do this with AUv3 instrument. I think it works the same for sampler instruments you’ve made.
You can save a preset bank by unloading your instrument (3 dots upper far right of plug-in dashboard) then use the upper right 3 dots in the fx lane to “save bank”.
The bank goes into the main “banks” folder.
You will load this first to an empty channel from your banks folder, then add your instrument, be it an AUV3 or something you’ve made in the sampler
Hmmm, sounds like they are talking about audio tracks though and not banks. Saving an audio track like a bank does not seem to be a thing.
An audio track can be duplicated within a session, but if the idea is to save it out for another session, I do not think that is possible.
I mean, if I'm on a sampler or any mixer track in BM3 and I choose "audio fx", I then insert a saturator, a compressor, an EQ, etc, I then make a few adjustments to my liking. I then want to save all these like an FX chain or "rack".
I know, I also run into this when I use it. Should be able to take an fx chain from anywhere, track, bank, pad etc and copy it to anywhere else. There are just limited hacks and workarounds. It is a bummer.
Oh welll. They should make a way to save a combined group of fox ( a rack in Ableton).

Yep, I misunderstood.
the only way I found to do it was with midi track with an fx rack, and it’s assbackwards
The only DAW I know about on iOS that does this for audio tracks and track sends is FLSM.
They are not very good with updates, but the latest version is very solid. I have used it all day and no issues. I love the workflow and still ahead of its time in the sampling department.
