Synido TempoPAD C16
I got this device a few weeks ago and I'm pretty happy with it, so I just wanted to share
It's my first MIDI controller straight from china and I was hesitant. But I wanted something with bluetooth and my KORG Nanokey Studio honestly never really made me happy. The whole thing feels extremely cheap and the keys are no fun to play. And the Pots are pretty bad. The Interface is great, everything laid out nicely, but yeah the quality: No bueno
This thing has much better quality. And the bank switching is awesome. It even remembers the button states when I switch back. So I don't have to look at the screen. Great! It's also mega easy to program on the go. And there is even an App for it, hopefully soon also for iOS. Seems like they will release one, since they already have some Apps in the Apple store
Much respect for making a great device, with special features that I couldn’t get from the usual players like Akai or Novation
Oh, it also has real MIDI In/Out/Thru and comes with three adapters and a solid case. All that for the price of a new Nanokey Studio...

That does look very good. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏼
I’ve considered getting one of these - more for the 16 track 16 step sequencer, but I can hardly find any info on it? Sounds like it could be great for using with iPad and external synths etc?
I had a brief look at it earlier, and got the impression that all users were happy about this device, good value-for-money feature set and quality. This walkthrough was quite good, if I recall correctly:
all the videos made me question the device
cause they don't seem critical bout anything at all
but what can I say
it works for me
and there is no other controller that combines these features
I just got an email back, cause I asked if an app will come out for iOS
the answer was very generic, friendly but no real info.. they will forward it, lol
still, amazona a german music-tech-webpage featured the device and they are generally even more critical about things than me. lol
well, all devices come from china anyway. I just got the newest MacBook delivered straight from china to germany. and I ordered it on the apple page. I guess apple didn't want to pay trump tax...
making a midi controller is no rocket science. this tech hasn't changed in such a long time. and I meet more and more people from china, who live a western lifestyle and life in these realms of synths and sounds. I guess there will be more interesting stuff coming straight from china
what I found funny is on the webpage as an example they connect a grp a1 synth. which is a pretty niche mono synth. I own it and it is my favourite mono right now. it doesn't show up, when you just google midi synth. so I guess, someone there has some taste
haven't tried the step sequencer, I read somewhere that it has timing problems. its pretty basic so I didn't bother, so far. but there are updates coming, the last one is from just a few weeks ago
you're welcome, mate
one disclaimer, the chip in there has it's limitations. so, for example you can't press two buttons from the mute/solo/record panel at the exact same time. pads and everything is polyphonic. but the buttons are not. it doesn't bother me, though.
