JWM - Vortex (2010s Brostep in Korg Gadget 3)

Nothing but the nastiest basses in this one. This is the type of Skrillex-styled Brostep I loved listening to during my later years in uni. Deadmau5 would probably hate this track, but shit man, they don't make 'em like they used to. 😂 That Miami gadget is capable of some of the grimiest basses. Enjoy.

    Bump. Drop the bass. 😂

Edit- I'm thinking this type of music isn't everyone's taste. Fuck, I think I'm going to study Boards of Canada and make some Downtempo shit soon. 😎 I want BoC to release new music. Doesn't seem likely, so what the hell? I'll try to make something in their style.

  • Dubstep never died, it just hibernates until listeners are worthy. I would have liked some manipulations on longer latched basses, but it was still a reminder to revisit my playlist and abandon Japanese girl band metal for a little while.

Hahaha. 😂 Yep, this was my first proper Gadget Dubstep piece in about 10 or so years, so forgive if it sounds noobish. 🤣 I'll definitely consider more manipulations next go.

Sounding great …I honestly wish I could do something hard like this but I can’t even remember the last time I’ve done something above 105 BPM 🤣
