Hello…a newbie here !
I have these questions
1 ) Is it possible to use a button in template to trigger other buttons in template…my intention is to bind the master button to midi foot controller…so it triggers other buttons at the press of a button i midi learn to.

2) Also…can a button given a name ( not label ) which can be called in settings…currently i only have names like button1-2 etc.. finding hard to identify which they are.

Please let me know.

    You can add as many "Trigger Widget" actions to a button as you like. Point each at the button you want to trigger. You might need to change the feedback options using the gear icon at the top. Loopy widgets reflect the state of what they're triggering. If the buttons you're triggering are in different states, such as one toggled on and another toggled off, then you have to decide how to handle that in the master button.

    As for renaming buttons ... easy, just tap the title at the top of the settings window for that button.

    I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but if the reason you want to trigger multiple buttons is because you didn't realize you can do more than one thing with a single button, then maybe you don't need that two tier system. (There can be reasons you want cascade things like that however.)
