Minifuse 2 OTG

Has anyone used this specific interface?

I'm curious about how well this interface's two USB ports and internal loopback would work to let me control an iPad instrument + effects with my keyboard controller, and record into Ableton Live on my Mac.

My keyboard controller's power requirements mean using a powered hub (it has a bigger draw then the MiniFuse's 250mA), so I'd theoretically be looking at:

  • plugging the MiniFuse 2 OTG into iPad Pro OTG port
  • plugging the MiniFuse 2 OTG into Computer port
  • plugging a Powered USB Hub into the USB-A port on the back of the MiniFuse
  • plugging the controller keyboard into the powered hub

Should work fine. I basically do the same thing on a regular mini fuse 4 - obviously without the second compute port (usbc otg)

Also, If your worried about power draw get a powered hub.
