Awesome video, almost a hour of fiddling!
think it was @Svetlovska ‘s post featuring it that convinced me to grab it. It’s pretty deep and I find it enjoyable trying all the functions. The drum patterns alone are worth memorizing, iconic and classic. One of the things I dig is that it always shows the notes on top left. It encourages me to plug those notes into other apps.
Glad you showed off its capabilities. I’m sure most of us picked it up at the price point.
Rather good in standalone and auv
Did the dev ever drop in?
thanks for the vid, Doug! I remember when this wasn't available in Europe so I didn't look into it but your vid convinced me to buy it and I had a lot of fun playing with it in standalone. the synth is surprisingly capable, but I'm also keen to pipe the MIDI out from the AUv3 next session....
Haven’t watched the video (yet) but this seems pretty interesting
Does it do midi out or midi export? No mention on the appstore blurb, most likely the video answers my question but I don’t have the time to watch it right now except I got curious (already learned it’s ipad only but that’s not a problem, and I love what I’m seeing on the randomized but musically relevant part)
Just a quick yes or no on midi out before I take the plunge (better watch the video first)
@pedro i am getting the Patterns midi on channel 1, the drums on channel 10
Edit, no all three synths seem to send midi on channel 1
MIDI out - yes 🙂
Cool! New update just landed which now has multi-midi out channels (when using the auv3) for the patterns, arp, sequencer, and chords!
This fun little groovebox just became a little funner!
Yeah, I wrote him yesterday asking for it and he replied saying I was one of many asking for just that, real fast response. This has some real creative potential.
Thank you Sir Doug.
