Best iPad Pro 13 slanted case for music production?

I'm wondering of those who have the cases for their iPads that have a slant for music production,. I bought recently a Speck Balance Folio case, which is nice, but I don't like the way it supports on a slant. In the picture here, taken from a screen shot from the Superbooth show, is more of what I am looking for. Any ideas? Thanks as always.

  • I’ve been using an ESR Shift magnetic case and been very happy with it. It has a wide range of viewing angles and the magnets keep everything secure. The detachable inner case is also a nice feature, it lets you stick the iPad to anything magnetic.

I have a Unicorn Beetle which is also available as a Pro 13" version.
The plastic is of fairly good quality and the two supported angles are perfectly fine for me.
It's heavy af though - but that might not matter when used with an iPad Pro 13" anyway 😄

I use a spring loaded iPad stand for my 13” Air M2, the angle is fully adjustable, there is an oval slot in the base of my stand that allows me to fit it onto my keyboard stand securely.

    Do you have the video?

That 'stand' to me reads like a rugged rubber bumper style case, removed from and resting in it's harder shell or frame via a separate object wedged behind the case in a way it was not designed for. Feels like an improvisation to me.

Ahhh, OK, think I found a video... not the exact video I don't think though.

yah I am pretty sure they just have something wedged under it, popping the rubber part out of the hard shell.

Unicorn Beetle is my go to! If I was able to buy the latest iPad in 13", I guarantee I would research whether UB has a case for it!!!!

  • ahhh ok, here is the video I think...

  • yah the more I look at it, they just popped the rubber part out of the hardshell and stuffed something underneath.

  • I’m not in this market but there are very small laptop slanted stands you can buy very cheap and would very well fit an ipad

Is that not the ESR case linked in previous post?

It looks a lot like the Otterbox case I use to have for my previous iPad. The front cover goes under the iPad the cover and tilt.

Here it is for the mini. The photo for the pro don’t show it in that configuration. https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/protective-ipad-mini-a17-pro-and-ipad-mini-6th-gen-case-black/77-87476.html
