DRC - Issue with Arp Gate on Uni/Mono Mode

Hi @sinosoidal ,

I just wanted to report that the Arp Gate slider in DRC currently seems broken when the synth is on Mono or Uni mode.

I noticed this as I was browsing the factory presets and realized that “Arp’s Myth” sounded much quieter than how I remembered it.

After a few minutes of thought, I considered the possibility of it being the envelope not retriggering properly, and sure enough, turning off Legato mode fixed the issue.

This meant that the notes were overlapping, which shouldn’t have been the case since the Arp Gate was only set to around 0.5.

I then turned off all Effects and set EG1’s Sustain to 1.0 & Release to 0.0, as I know that those parameters can affect the perceived effect of the Arp Gate. I was then able to confirm that the Gate had no effect on the “Arp’s Myth” patch.

As a last test, I noted that the patch was set to Uni mode, so I then switched to Mono mode and ran into the same behavior. However, I discovered that the Arp Gate slider does function properly when switching the synth to Poly mode.

All that I’ve described can be seen in the attached video.

Thanks.

Okay, the devs replied to my email saying that they were able to recreate the issue and will investigate further. I appreciate their quick response.
