How do I enable dissable effects in Cubasis 3?

In loopy pro I can make a stepped dial to turn on and off effects and select presets. How do I do the same thing in Cubasis 3? Could I actually use a Loopy Pro MIDI AU to send the messages?

I kind of would like it if I could load the same Remote in loopy pro and Cubasis to trigger the effects chain. For now I have made a functionable system in loopy for finding guitar sounds, but I want to record my song ideas in Cubasis

    I don't think you can disable FX via MIDI in Cubasis. There's no MIDI Learn target for the disable button. If the plugin itself has a bypass parameter then you should be able to use that.

    I can't say about preset selection. I'm not familiar enough with Cubasis to know if it provides that function for plugins.
