Share screen + sound (at least mic) for teaching music production apps

I would like to teach my friend 300km from me by sharing ipad screen and sound/mic.

I have tried with Facetime.
Synths are working, with internal mic sound, which is fine for me.
But DAW type apps like Drambo, Grooverider2, LoopyPro doesn't work. No sound, error...etc.

Do you know any solution?
