Currently listening to "Chlorine Glitch" on Spotify. To my ears, it crosses the boundaries between Synthwave and Industrial with a solid beat underneath.
Which apps did you use for this track?
Hey bro, thanks for checking out, saw your SoundCloud before, you're a machine haha. Yes, I try to make my music sound like synthwave but it goes other places.
I made first two single about a year ago on Drambo, newer ones (on Bandcamp ATM) in GR-2. I had to find my demo project to see what I used 😂 digistix 2, Magellan 2, tal-u-nox, synthmaster 1-2, model d, buttersynth.
Haha, thanks mate.
Yeah, I'm trying to replace my nicotine addiction with something healthier - music creation. I LOVE the act of creating music.
Both live as a pianist (I have a twice weekly residency), and on my iPhone and iPad.
I love when I set out to create something and it goes other places. Some days, I write down key signatures, bpm ranges, and target genres when I want to produce specific music for an EP. Other days, I just make music with a primary genre in mind and see where I wander from there.
Nice!
Drambo is a great environment, but I never could fully wrap my head around it. GR-II is a lovely app for making music, but iPad only, so can only use it at home (unless I drag my big-ass heavy 13" iPad Air with me, lol).
These days I gravitate towards Auxy Studio. Yeah, it's a "controversial" subscription app, but damn do I get a lot of mileage out of it and then some. It more than pays for itself as well since I do client work in it. Recently got paid $50 to do something orchestral for a client, which covers 8 months worth of subscription for Auxy Studio.
Anyways, I can't wait to hear more music out of you, mate.
What you made so far sounds awesome!
Thanks, I really appreciate it. Agree with Drambo, it's a total mystery how it actually works or capable of, never heard of Auxy studio, I'm no fan of subscription.
I'm not normally a fan of subscriptions either. I think most subscriptions outside of streaming are rather rubbish. Auxy Studio however updates its library of sounds once in a while as well as steady development, and it's honestly one of the quickest apps I've used to create music in.
I've created a lot of tracks in Auxy Studio since September last year, and most of them took me under 2 hours to create start to finish.
Going to shameless self bump for new single

Enjoy
Giving it a listen at the moment, and I'm really enjoying this. Synthwave meets Experimental.
Really cool.
Thanks, man! Appreciate your good words
