  • I updated the iPad OS and now it works. It was only a minor release - maybe it was just the reboot that did it. Looking forward to playing with this properly now!

  • @cem_olcay's new windchime generator sounds awesome with tessera.

There seems to be a bit of a lag on processing drum loops through this when playing around with the default preset, which means they don't quite line up with a metronome. This is a little annoying when trying to record another part to accompany the affected drums. It sounds great, though! Other presets seem better.

I wonder if buffer size changes that?

Is there a buffer size setting in the Tessera app itself? Buffer size in the host app (eg. Drambo) wouldn't change anything because it affects everything, so it all aligns.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the problem, but sure there is a lag, because this is a sequenced fx! The further to the right the dots are on the visualizer, the more lag there is for that note. Y axis is pitch, X is time. If you look at the default preset, you'll see that all the dots are to the right.
