I’m really excited to announce that my tape DAW the Model 8 is now out for iPhone and it’s completely free with no in app purchases.

A little rundown:
It’s completely free with zero in app purchases.
It’s an 8 track version my tape daw which has a custom physics engine and tape emulator for a hyper realistic tape sound. You can choose different tape formats like cassette, 1/4”, 1/2” and 1” tape.
It comes full stocked with built in effects and instruments, so you can make an entire album or demo without external tools.
If you have a Bluetooth keyboard and wired headphones it’s very fun and easy to track a song. The onboard pad sampler comes with an 808 drum machine and Acetone vintage drum kit.

FYI bc it's free I did not do extensive beta testing like I did for the iPad version and desktop. But because it's already optimized for iPad, it should run well (my beta testers didn't report any crashes yet). That said, i'm definitely down for feedback for things like layout or any issues.

If I’m listing to iPad it would be very easy to add that view to desktop but I’m also adding in a setting to adjust text size as well

Hi Will, I noticed something odd, when I click your link on MacBook it takes me to App Store for iPhone and shows GCS for iPhone with 141.7mb, when I click link from iPhone it shows 136.1mb. The first shows 9 reviews and five stars, the latter shows 1 review and 1 star. The one star review is obviously ridiculous but is the only one showing when accessing via the App Store on either iPad/iPhone, where are the well deserved good reviews? Don't know if it is a glitch or you can do anything about it but feels rather unfair and could impact your sales? UK App Store.
Thanks for pointing this out! I just checked the link on both my iPhone and mac and it shows the 9 five star reviews for both, so hopefully its just some sort of glitch...
I think it is my side just checked a couple of other apps and they appear different on MacBook and iOS as well, including the chart placing. Could be a regional thing. Great app BTW. :-)

I'm in the UK, I only recently found out the IOS app charts are different depending on region.
Oh I see, on appstore connect I can actually see that one star review, so I guess there are different reviews for different regions. Bummer they would give it that, oh well...
Glass half full, unless it was a jealous troll it might be one of those Amazon reviewers that give a glowing written review and then give one star because they think one is 1st place... ;-)
