Use tap tempo live to follow band
A reliable way to use tap tempo manually to follow along with a band would be a great addition to Loopy Pro. Many people already keep time with their foot. This may be already possible but I bet Michael could improve on this. Just nudging the clock enough to keep pace with the variations of a live group could be a great addition if it worked well. Also a way to signal the one might be helpful.
Constant tapping would not be out of the question but an algorithm that compensates for missed beats could be helpful. Musicians compensate by how they play constantly.
When I use tap tempo to start a loop I prefer the technique where I tap the first three beats either with my tap tempo footswitch or my finger on the iPad. The fourth beat does nothing but give me time to get ready and beat one starts drums or my loop.
It sounds impossible but LP already does many things that were not possible in the past.
