the wavetable update from a few years ago really increased my love for Drambo, looks like the granular system is about to do the same again
I’ve been eyeing up a Tonverk recently, which led me back to Drambo and it’s p-lock/Elektron style workflow. Seems to be going deeper that way, with the wavetable, and now granular engines. If it keeps on like this I won’t be able to justify the hardware purchase!
Ah you know what I’d love to see is poly CV or MIDI input for scale-tuned grains.
This has my attention. One of the things I often want in a granular instrument is the simple ability to route it through a VCA with envelope control, which this will allow natively.
