Saw this aswell, looking into Tera and/or Cube. Are those worth getting?
I rarely use Cube but Tera is one of my favs.So my vote goes to Tera...obviously
Already??! Tera is a beast IMO, quite deep so a lot of navigating around the GUI but some excellent sounds if you're willing to roll you're own.
Tera is described as a modular anologue, and microTera is a wave shaping synth. Is microTera a cut down version of Tera? Or are they completely different beasts? Is microTera worth a purchase if I already have Tera, Addictive and Cube? Thanks for advice
@Misirlou, I love the sound of Virsyn (used their PC vst' also) and Addictive is my favourite sounding
As far as I know Tera and MicroTera are two different beasts.
I don't have microTera, but it looks like a bit of both - a cut down version of Tera and something different. It is based on the wave shaper module of Tera, lacking the filters and multitude of waveforms, but has a few different things for the wave shaper. Can someone with both confirm this?
MicroTera is one part of the Tera vst, iOS Tera is another part of that vst. The iOS synths don't overlap at all - and complement each other beautifully.
