Replika is amazing! I'm not sure what it's doing but been playing with it for awhile and getting some very useful and hitherto unheard of interesting sounds.
You can get the remix sets for free too if you download the traktor demo. You can just extract them as audio loops and use them in whatever DAW/App you would like. Native Instruments always have nice sounds available.

@fjcblanco, you could create an iTunes playlist with all the individual wavs and import them to your iPad. That's the only way for Traktor DJ to be able to access the wavs. Remix sets are only supported by Traktor Pro

I think the @BvsMV tip is a short way.
Yeah, I should have been more clear that to get them out of the .trak format that you need the actual Traktor Pro program. As gsm909 said, the only way to get them into Traktor DJ is through iTunes. Will the app even read wav files? I don't think the iOS music app does.
Well, I requested the demo for Traktor Pro 2 and waiting two hours a go...I'll go to bed...
I wish I can install Traktor and convert the .trak files into .wav and load them in Audioshare.
