Low volume in Stroke Machine.
I feel like I'm constantly struggling to get a good volume out of Stroke Machine, sometimes even after endless tweaking. I really like the app and want to use it but this issue is getting me down. Anybody else got this? Or any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Has nobody else seen this problem?
If you use it through Audiobus you can go through MiMix to boast the volume?
There are three volumes: one for the sound on the sound design page; one for the sound on the mix page, and a master volume also on the mix page.
May hap, but even after pushing any or all of them up to max I still have to put up the actual iPad volume up to a much higher level than for any other app.
Does this matter? Does it happen to others?
This has been a noted problem with Stroke Machine. I thought he addressed it a little in the last update. I haven't used it much recently, but I think that part of the issue was that velocity may default at 100 instead of 127 (maybe this was changed). Also, see the master volume comment above. Another culprit is that if you use the pads to tap out beats, they tend to give a wide range of velocities, whereas some pads in other apps have "full blast" mapped to a larger portion of the pad.
You can boost with a DAW mixer, MiMiX, or another app that increases gain. This wasn't my primary gripe with the app, however - it just doesn't run that well on my iPad2, causing glitches and dropped notes.
It's likely something on the "Sound" page, or even possibly the effects page. The two oscillators have their volume levels, but then there's also the "Amp" section and the envelopes, as well as the filter and equalizer. Any one of these might be impacting the output level, so check them all.
