Voice Synth Alternative
I bought an iPad instead of a Boss RC550, but I want a loop station with the same FX... Voice synth had that, but now it's not audiobus compatible.. Can anyone recommend an alternative? Not really after a vocoder, I'm more after the beatbox presets that were available in voice synths live mode.. Any ideas?

If I'm thinking of the right voice synth, it's more of a vocoder. You may want to check out voice jam studio, it's meant for vocal looping and looks very cool. I bought the voice jam fx rack last week and the effects do sound quite good. Not much control over them yet but I'm sure it will grow. I don't need the looper, but voice jam studio does look cool.
Voice synth shows up for me if I open it first. iOS7
Doesn't appear here in AB, even if opened first (Air, 8)
iVoxel?
What are you trying to run into voice synth? It may be possible via IAA
Concerning Voicesynth: same here, it doesn't show up in Audiobus anymore, even when started first (ios8, Air2), but it still works that way with ios 7, Air1...
What I want to do is use voice synth to process percussion into loopy... So you get lots of interesting fx..it's interface also had full control of reverb and gain and all sorts... It was also handy for beat boxing.. There were things like deep voice, chorus, robot, guitar, organ... All sorts, they were meant to be used with voice but when you put percussion through then it made a really interesting noise... I used inter app audio from voice synth into loopy and it worked, but it lacked the easy interface to start rexorsing and when I chaned effect it changed the effect on what I'd already recorded... Basically, I need audiobus, it's the best haha.. But I just need an alternative vocal distortion package...
I settled on Magellan and Ivoxel as a replacement if anyone's curious, works really well
