OSC
I thought it best to start a new thread, rather than derail the LME midi thread. I'm wondering who is us using OSC, and how that compares to midi on iOS.

I don't have a single app that supports OSC. I have seen it only on some controller apps...
Looking a bit further, all I could find was sender apps. I wonder if there are any that can receive.
Well, all the MIDI tools Apps (Midi Designer Pro, Lemur, TB Midi Stuff, and TouchOSC) can also receive OSC, and I know for certain TB Midi Stuff can translate (by configuration) between MIDI and OSC both ways (as it can between Sysex and either) pretty much as wished. But agreed, I know of no synths or effects or DAW Apps that know OSC.
Seems odd. I know midi has a larger footprint, but given the issues, I would think someone would have tried implementing it with a sound generating app.
Mobmuplat can do osc stuff.
Ahh...I'll give that a spin then.
Jasuto modular supports OSC for notes and CC.
