A little help from my friends before updating my apps...
Hello!
I have a few apps hanging here on my list of updates, but as I use them a lot, I would like to make sure they are ok with their own features and, most important, with Audiobus...
I'm on iOS7.1.2 on all my devices: iPad 3, 4 and Air 1.
iVoxel - Is it ok on the effects slot?
Animoog - Audiobus, custom presets and waveforms
iMini - A friend of mine did the update and it crashes when trying to access preset list (Air 1)
TC-11 - Is it ok with Audiobus?
UltraPhaser - Audiobus
LiveFX - Audiobus
iFretless (Bass, Guitar, Sax) - Any problems?
Samplr - Any problems?
Thanks a lot!
Comments
Can only answer what I'm certain of from here (Air 1, 8.etc)
iFretless (Bass, Guitar, Sax) - Any problems? None
Samplr - Any problems? None
The others may also be good, I just can't address them with certainty.
Good luck.
I have about 48 updates waiting. I gave them something to occupy their time and they're ok waiting.
If you're intending to stay on 7 do not update samplr as it will stop working in audiobus, also liveFX acted funny from what I remember but that might have been due to the confusion between the free and full versions both of which I had installed. Animoog seems ok. Thanks for heads up on IMini I just tried it and indeed it crashed while browsing presets. I'm going to roll it back to previous version.
Animoog still has a problem with the LFO rate and note travel. Do not upgrade if you want to work at any Audiobus buffer size than 256.
I have been forced to update Z3TA+ to keep it working after the Y2K+15 soundless bug, and because I wanted the new features in iVCS3, I have updated that. Other than that, all my apps, including Audiobus, are still pre AB SDK 2.1 and functioning just fine.
Thank you all!
