Hi there!
I'm new in the forum and just wanted to say hello to all. I'm Not a professional but I love making music, singing and recording new ideas. I use a Macbook Air with Logic Pro X, an iPad Mini 128 GB mainly with Loopy HD, Auria and some effects Apps and my iPhone in some even more "on the road"-instances
I record through my RME Babyface with a Studioprojects B1 Mic and a matched Oktava mk012-01 stereo pair. Before that I used the first version of the apogee One. Hardly use that one anymore, I like the babyface way more. It's a breeze to use on Mac and also on iPad with the excellent Total Mix Software. Just recently I bought myself an apogee mic, so I don't have to carry around lots of stuff on the go. I just love this thing, it sounds great and is a rugged little companion!
So I'm looking forward to being here with you guys in the forum and learning more about creating great music while using my iPad!

Hey Mister @marcjoe. Mamma told me to be careful around men with two first names, but then my daddy was called Billy Ray and that might have been a part of it. Welcome to Appaholia!
Lol @JohnnyGoodyear
Oh hai btw!
Will be an interesting time here when everybody writes such I N T E R E S T I N G ? ? ? Posts. But maybe I'm just not capable of getting it. Maybe because I'm from deep southern Bavaria....
But thanks for the welcome anyway @JohnnyGoodyear
Welcome @marcjoe. Yes, think you just missed his humor. It was an Americanism, not pointed at you.
@marcjoe Professor Syrup is absolutely right. I am Englishmen lost in Texas and would never make fun of friends from Bavaria when a) there are so many kindly Americans to tease and b) my second mother/wet nurse was a young Bavarian woman (Fraulein Neumann) who cut my first sausages up for me when I was but a very young child...apologies for any misunderstanding.
@JohnnyGoodyear no worries. Bavarians are rough people used to hardships, strong winters and rude Americans that occupied their country because of a German lunatic with an iconic beard. I had expected an Englishman more in places like New York but Texas must be a nice place too, if a Bavarian woman would feel like raising an Englishman there
By the way, just to clarify, Some of my relatives and best friends are Americans (they don't provide me hardships)
