@Skipp - Since it doesnt have audiocopy/paste, ive got to use itunes file sharing to bring over sampled and live loops and that is a big drag for my creative workflow but i'll give it a shot. right now i use either looptastic, loopy or beatmaker for similar end result so not sure if this app will be worth added steps to help my specific workflow but thnx for thought
@Simon - I just want to be fair to developer and not be posting bs bugs about his app when there aren't any. I still do have my own personal criticism of app workflow (for example when you first buy app and you see these arrows and play button, i naturally start hitting them expecting for samples to be preloaded but theyre not. youve got to go thru a few menu options to select a sample so it wasnt the most user friendly for my dumbass. kinda like if you bought beatmaker and started hitting the pads but no sounds came out)
But its also not fair to say app has bugs because it does work.
I've just uploaded an ELECTRIFY getting stated video to our Youtube channel. Will post on here tomorrow...it is a great and truly intuative app with lots of great features.
thnx soundtestroom. i'll def watch it
@gjcyrus Good news for you Electrify does support ACP
Double tap on the sample box to load a sample. On the very bottom of the sample library list are three options. The one on the right is "audio paste". You should then be able to find it in user samples.
Hope this helps?

Thanx man, totally helps. That is a big game changer.
Looks like its all fixed now! AB recognizes it, haven't recorded anything yet though. I think I waited longer for this app to be usable then any other, and I am glad I did! Good work Dev.
Yes..well done to the dev..great app..
Ran it through some tests this morning, looks like its all good
A quick tip for anyone not used to using Electrify with multi-bar loops. If you use automation, such as filter or volume, after you trigger your loop, automation at higher levels after the first instruction has no effect. So on a one bar loop you can close the filter half way on the first beat, almost closed on the second beat, but you can't then reopen it on the 3rd beat! This seems very limiting at first as you can't automate the filter normally over the length of your loop or use filter or volume automation to cut out beats.
The work around is to trigger the sample in multiple places, which is possible because of sample start automation. On a one bar sample place a note on each beat set the start of each to 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75% respectively. You have then rebuilt your original beat however you can automate as you like and the sample will re trigger in time at the appropriate setting on the next beat. This works for samples of multiple bars as long as you set the numbers appropriately.
This technique can also be used to make large numbers of variations on multi-bar loops. Just use start point automation to trigger hits out of sequence then return to the original loop by triggering a note with sample start set to the appropriate beat. The copy and paste facility makes it easy to just gradually build the complexity in each pattern adding additional hits and the beauty is that all tis variation can be achieved from just using just one of the eight sample slots
Very very useful tip.
Just bought it.
Very good and deep app, but I have some comments.
It should have at least a set of built-in beats and grooves to show what it can do.
And...
I've just opened the app... With the very first note I've added to the 4 bassdrum notes of the default pattern, I'm hearing clicks in the samples. Just try it, add a note just before the second bass drum in the default sequence (at step 4) and lower the step volume to 50 or so... If you add various sixteeth notes and random the volumes, all you hear are annoying clicks between the notes. If you use maximum volume for all steps, the clicks are gone, and the feel of the groove is gone as well It happens with various samples.
And the click is there also when you press Stop in the middle of a sequence.
I'm on iPad 3 iOS 6.1.3.
@FRibeiro same problem here. This bug is not fixed!
@thesoundtestroom thanks. It's convoluted to explain but once you get the idea it opens up a lot of possibilities within the 8 sample limit.
I've been playing with it, despite the little bug.
Great sounds, really. And it's working good with Audiobus.
So @manuhz, is this problem there since the app was released?
So hope it gets fixed soon.
@FRibeiro yes, i've purchased the previous version and the bug was already 'on board'.
Just did a bit more testing of Electrify with Audiobus and it appears to be working Ok? This is a major step for Electrify as it hasn't worked in the background up until now. Being able to record Sunrizer into Multi-track Daw with Electrify playing in the background, via AB, and then pasting the loops back into Electrify as new samples was quite novel
Did this app dissapear? Can't find it in the App Store Sweden....
Cheers
Don't know, decent song though
If you purchased it you can find it if you do a search in purchases.
What a tease, I've been waiting for update to Electrify (NXT). The old Electrify crashes upon opening (air 2, current OS). The new(er) one is kickass, but also not updated for Audiobus, and also no longer available unless already in your purchases...
As I recall, the developer stated (maybe here, maybe in the iPad Musician FB group?) that he honestly could not find the time to keep updating it. It was an ambitious (overly-ambitious) app that I think was too big for the devices at that time.
That's sounds about right, it took till Air 2 for devices to catch up. I'd all but given up on the chance for an update. But still hoping a bit: there's no rival for the feature set on iOS.
Ok thanx
I actually think he just got bored with it as a project or fed up with lack of sales. He's been quite active with his other commercial projects like his Electribe Sampler Manager which seems to receive fairly frequent updates....

What a pity! No more updates he don't like to develop further!
if that's the case get a refund!!!!
