Good stuff. I love the meta aspects of the typist commenting on the voice ("Galileo, dickhead...."). Always been fond of Woody Allen using sub-titles to express what the character concerned is really thinking...
Have to keep reminding myself that sometimes just a few per cent of mangling is enough to get the job done...
