Synchronizing apps in AB (or elsewhere?)

Is there a way to midi clock sync 2 or more apps in AB?
How do you synchronize your sequencer/arp driven apps so they (at least) start at the same time?

Hi everyone!
soundklinik - one way you could do this is by creating midi tracks in a daw app, like BeatMaker2, Music Studio, Cubasis, etc & set each track to different midi output channels, then set the corresponding midi input channels in whatever you want to control. This method doesn't even need midi sync
