Why did my cpu use get much worse when I switched interfaces.
I am running an ipad 2 (yes, I know you aren't supposed to use one, broke college student here) and preciously with the first iodock I was able to run bm2 into turnado into loopy with zero latency, ever. The iodock broke because it was an iodock, so I upgraded to an akai eie. Or so I thought it was an upgrade, but I'm fact my ipad cpu is now severely limited. I can still run all of my apps when not plugged into the akai, but once plugged my iPads cpu power is reduced to nothing more than an expensive brick. I did jailbreak my ipad, and have not updated it since then. Could updating possibly fix my problems? Any help is greatly appreciated
