I have to repeat, I am really loving this update. Probably a top 5 app for me.

Thanks, I'll have to experiment :)
Yes it's a great update, it also bodes well for the Stria and iPulsaret updates when they happen...

Is it worth buying if you already have Borderlands and effects such as Dedalus?

I think it is, yes but then I already had it and only needed to purchase the IAP so it was fairly painless. Hard to say the differences yet as I've only had a brief play. I don't think you can record your finger movements across the samples like in Borderlands though which is a shame.

Ah right thanks. Just thinking that if I fed Borderlands through Dedalus I could get a similar effect. Still tempted though, hopefully someone will put up a decent video to show what it's capable of.

  • Really good update, but had to re-install, because of the graphic madness, bought the IAP, loaded samples into the first two slots, I adjusted most of the controls for these, then decided to alter the high shelf filter, then all went crazy, only had two slots with graphics all mixed up, controls missing or out of place....has nobody else seen this, I'm on Mini Retina iOS 8.1.2.

  • no graphics issues over here, Air 1 with the latest OS

  • Yes its worth it.Borderlands is more suitable for building complete songs and idensity is more specialized in precise soundscaping.

  • have the graphics issues been sorted?

I bought idensity 2 a few weeks ago and i never had any graphic issues. My ipad is running ios 7 and maybe this is only ios 8 related. Borderlands sometimes crashes when i try to load a lot of samples and clouds.

  • good to know thanks
