Need help with AltiSpace
A few questions:
Is there any way to turn off the default mic input? I can't imagine ever wanting to use the iPad's mic into AltiSpace, I'd like to disable this. For that matter there doesn't seem to be a way of dedicating input source so I have no idea if I'm getting the iPad mic included in all input audio.
From what I've read "Send input to output." is standard mode but I can't check it on. I tap on it and no "x" in the box appears. I believe this is the mode I want for Audiobus and IAA, correct?
I can't for the life of me figure out how to get audio into AltiSpace via IAA. Neither by iOS synth or an AudioShare recording. How is this achieved?

If you do not have the option to disable/enable the microphone within the Altispace settings page (Greyed out) then In the actual iPad settings, scroll the column on the left down past wifi, general, privacy etc. until you come to Altispace. Then click on altispace for Mic access, I can't help with the rest, good luck
You can disable the microphone within Altispace settings page. I have to bump the reverb by 20db to hear it to hear it when send input to output is selected. With it deselected, I think all you're getting is the processed signal.
I had no problems getting it to work in IAA. In AudioShare, for instance, I just select a file for the input, open the recorder, select file as the input, then select Altishare as the effect.
Managed to get the mic turned off. I just realized that AltiSpace needs a host so I just set it up in Auria. Also discovered that play functionality doesn't work with AudioShare but then I suppose you can just import the file anyways.
