I am a student of my own language, have read the poets back a thousand years, maybe more, but at least once a week you write down something in just such a way as to make me read it twice. This is a grand skill. Picasso said that it took him only four years to learn how to paint like Raphael, but then another fifty to learn how to paint like a child again.
