Ola, I have the blueboard and loopy and it does take some mucking around with. The stuff gets monkey mad I know!
I think If I understand you correctly you should muck with the cc or program change settings in bluebird app. Also latch and momentary settings. I have it set so pad 'a' starts loops and then press it again to loop it. So it works like a normal hardware looper pedal, 2 presses. Then pad 'b' will cycle through loops up(or right) and pad 'c' down(or left)
Pad 'd' is clear.
I'm thinking if you try momentary latch it might help, but yeah between the bluetooth settings in loopy and the blueboard settings its a monkey at first.
Yea, If you can figuire out how it can work with turnado then I give you a million dollars. I tried midi learn and so much stuff. I would say with loopy I have used all functions perfectly with the blue board so I can almost guarantee we will figure it out. Blue board settings are surprisingly cryptic and hidden, and SO crucial! Hails
