What's the closest sound patch on Gadget (Module) to a Rhodes piano please?
What's the closest sound patch on Gadget (Module) to a Rhodes piano please?
(Any second question is what's the best synth / patch for this outside Gadget? Neosoul Keys?)

Lot of personal taste here (no doubt , but a seasoned to taste Neosoul Keys (big brute that it unfortunately is) is hard to beat. Sometimes, even with my fat fingers, I feel like I'm in some Southern Church with James Brown in a surplice just playing it...
Think the montreal module with one of the tine presets, ilectric has only just gone back up today, along with its iap's, is an alternative to neo.
Montreal Tine patches and NeoSoul Keys Suitcase and Stage and also BeatHawk Electric Piano soundpack sounds good too in the demo.
the rhodes in beathawk (iap) is also quite nice
NeoSoul Keys is excellent, Montreal (and all the Module related Gadgets) are also really sweet.
Thank you - will experiment.
Thanks @JohnnyGoodyear @firejan82 @nick will try these if Gadget fails me
Thanks @CalCutta - gonna start with Montreal and tease what i can out of it.
Wow...
That worked.
Montreal is fantastic. Hadnt really had a proper play. Exactly what I was looking for.
Thanks everyone.
Yep, Montreal comes very close to capturing that sound. And to think I once OWNED a Stage 73 and sold it for £150. Arse biscuits!
