Hmmm, this isn't working. Error messages when trying to download the update. Deleted the app - can't be found on search, only through the direct link on here. Again, the download comes up with an error message.
What's your iOS version?
It's under the iphone tab since it's not universal.

Hi Folks,
the 23rd sample is not in the update – there really was no way to pursue Apple into letting this thing into the AppStore. But the Dandy never overwrites samples in the iTunes user directory – that's why it is still in there if you're updating from any previous version.
