Best Easy to Use Sampler for iPad, that can be triggered from external keyboard/pads?
Hey guys
I've got tons of iPad apps, but none seems to be able to act as a simple sample player with triggering from an external keyboard and/or pad
- (or if so, I haven't figured it out yet)
Any suggestions? I'm thinking something like my Korg microsampler - assign a different sound to each "slot" triggered by the keyboard- done.
I should note - the primary application is for live playing of single shot samples (sound effects, bits of movie dialog, percussion/effect sounds) for reggae/dub type stuff.
Also, please type very slowly and use simple fonts, as Imma kinda dumb.

Thumb jam is the best for me, once you build a few sample instruments it's an easy process to load it up as a sampler, and it has lots of really great features.
Only limitation might be if you are using long samples of dialogue.
Thanks, I do like Thumb jam, but I can't figure out how to import individual, different samples, and assign them to different keys
BeatMaker 2 is the king here (for me). You could even make as much velocity layers as you want.
