I have that one but couldn't get it to do it simultaneously as I stated above.
I remember checking once & it was a No on that. But after buying both CPP and SPA i don't regret it one bit. I actually don't mind an app like this never dropping in price cuz I can't imagine the dev is raking in Korg-level profits.
@Musicman4Christ As excited as you were about MidiBand I was about ChordPadPoly. Its on of the best midi controllers out there. I WISH StepPolyArp was on the phone!

In Yamaha Synth Arp and Drum Pad, if you Edit a pad, if the Pad mode is Play (not seq), if Pad Individual Channel is active, each note can be sent to a different channel. A max of 5 notes can be stored per pad. Additionally, each note can be activated by either leftside, center, or rightside. They are very unique options, but somehow within that weirdness you might be able to program in what you need? Hope this helps...

I was able to get the Yamaha app to do exactly what I wanted thanks Zetagy!
It worked. I just wish the chords were there already. I guess I can build them one at a time with the midi learn feature. I did a few but they don't sound as good as the pre made ones. Time to learn I guess.
But the good thing is that it did activate the midiband variations and chords on separate midi channels by hitting the same pad. Pretty cool!

Great to hear-! When editing your pads in YSADP, the keyboard below can be used for entering notes instead of using midi learn, hope that helps too-!
CPP novice here - but so far can trigger full chord from single pads ; use a first generation Novation Launchkey can use pads to trigger CPP and capture chords to CPP pads etc - use internal sounds and other apps sounds inc daws ie Cubasis - for me as a guitarist with very limited keyboard skills - its brilliant.
Icing on cake is I emailed Laurent on sunday night on a tech recommendation and he replied in under an hour ,,,,
