Very good idea ! It's the way I use it and love it. Using the sequencer in a soft way adds a lot to the sound, it can bring life in a too lush sounding chain of effects. Your soft is really a pure joy.

  • Walks to front of class, opens jacket, reveals t-shirt which reads I love FLUX:FX.

  • You just have to love an app that rhymes with fu**s! I know I do.

Hi all - just reading through your feedback and i'm getting that quite a few people think the FLUX:FX app is a bit too crazy for their needs. One thing that may help is that we will be releasing a massive new pack of performance presets with more 'normal' settings in a future update. I have to say it sounds nice and shiny with just the compressor, eq and a tape delay :)

FWIW - We tend to build a performance 'live' when we use it, starting with an empty chain and adding in effect blocks, so this can help with keeping the craziness in check.

Expanded MIDI update coming soon [although not sure if we can fit in MIDI learn into the next version], and some special surprises are in the pipeline. Once we get done paying the bills via our regular jobs then we can focus on the fun stuff with FLUX.

Looking forward to the 'normal' presets!

  • Flux you :)

    Flux off.

    You Poolp Fart.

  • I choose FLUX, if......the automation sequencer midi clock works.

I wish NOIISE was as fast with fixing bugs as Moog is. They got the absolute record. They fixed a bug and then pushed the update through the App Stores WITHIN ONE DAY......awesome.

@NOIISE I am waiting for the MIDI clock fix now for 6 months. I understand that you don't have the same manpower as a big company as Moog has. And Moog was also neglecting their apps in the past. But please fix that MIDI clock, FLUX is totally useless for me without it. I am not a live performer.

  • Just FLUXing get it. You will not regret it.

i was up half the night dueting with myself via the vox populi presets, that reverse looper is amazing sometimes when I get it right.

if any non-guitarists want to get to know flux, look up the page of 'vox populi' presets (in the app) & be your own backup singer via the reverse looper, it's fantastic w/ reverb and delay.

  • up half the night

    dueting with myself

Just needs another couplet and you've got yourself a verse...

  • I modified one of those presets but didnt save my modification & nothing i did afterwards was quite as right. i'll be writing somber poems over this all week.

  • @rhcball Being an enthusiastic but inconsistent howler myself there is nothing that irks my chaps more than finding a magic little vocal recipe then not being able tor recreate it. The luck of night and the misery of morning...

  • Got DFx and super thrilled!

I wanted on the fly F/x options.

I already have Turnado when it comes to fiddling with setting and particulars of F/x set up - so DFx is the quick fix for F/x on the fly with great quality F/x with a dandy user interface.

  • Mmmmm.......AB-Normal Presets, AudioBus that is.

I have both and prefer DFx. My favourite is Turnado.
Sorry for quoting you, JG, not intentional✌
