ISymphonic Orchestra lost sound set after update

Yesterday I bought the Arpa sound set as an IAP in iSymphonic Orchestra. Today they released an update. After installing the update I lost my Arpa sound set!!!!!!!!!! When I try to access the sounds it says 'may need to reinstall'. I tried the 'reinstall in-app purchases' option but that didn't work. Is it suggesting that I reinstall the whole app again? What a major ball ache that will be. I have 3 sound sets, each one took nearly an hour to download on my garbage broadband. Anyone else run into any problems with the new update?
Emailed Crudebytes and they promised a reply within 24 hours. So pretty good service if that's the case.

  • Yes,I ran into the same issue.I have all IAPs.So I had to reinstall the whole app.
    But I have a pretty fast internet connection,so it wasn't that bad for me...And the sounds
    are worth it - imo.

    Hi Schimanski. Thanks for your reply. I'll reinstall tomorrow at work now that I know it solves the problem. Out of interest, how do you rate the Canto sound set?

    to stay in the range of a human voice: not too high and not too low.

    Reinstalled the app yesterday but unfortunately my Arpa in-app purchase was still missing. So I contacted Apple and they gave me a refund. The thing that disappointed me more was that the the promised email reply within 24 hours still hasn't materialised. So poor after sales too. Maybe they're inundated with irate customers asking where their in-app purchases have disappeared to after update. (Laughing.....but not out loud).

    I had this same problem but I tried it again (after deleting/re-installing) and it seemed to work. It was a very slow download though (and I have a fast connection).

    I have contacted them 3 times about issues with their apps as well as feature requests,
    They have always reply within 24 hours, but the reply always shows up in my spam folder.

  • Damn.......email was in my spam folder. I'm so embarrassed. Never mind......they'll never know. Not like I published it on the Internet or anything. Doh!!!
