  • @mkell424 where did you see the Apple vs Spotify royalty rates? From what I've seen the rates are about the same.

  • Here it is.

  • If ever some of you would want to transfer you music playlist from one service to another, I would recommend you checking out musconv, it allows you to transfer music from one platform to another - Bangelica

  • Nah, it’s not for me. I already have a huge music collection I can stream around the house, and when we want to see acts there’s YouTube, etc.

  • I still miss MOG. It was the best. I preferred rdio to Spotify/Apple Music as well.

  • Alright, I’m getting sick of the same old browse/discover suggestions in Spotify. Is Apple Music better at this?

    I love it.
I used to have a Spotify account with a Polish PayPal account because they're not available in Romania and Polish Spotify was the cheapest in Europe.

Now, Apple Music is directly available at the same price, and it's actually nicer. Take my money now

    Hello Romania
I’m done with Spotify here in Norway.
Apple Music is the thing to have. I’m trying it out for the 3 free months, but I think I will continue
I didn’t know anything about Apple Music until I tried to download an album I had bought, and it wasn’t possible.
I had to have AM to access my own stuff. Strange. I feel a bit hustled.

Update: Apple Music vs Spotify - available music

I've been compairing the two and they both have advantages and disadvantages. Apple has all of the Peter Gabriel albums and Spotify just has on live album from 1982. Spotify on the other hand has more New Order.

Some artists Apple has more music and some Spotify so they even out. But the difference is Apple lets you add music from CDs, MP3s, and iTunes.

    Hard choice, very hard.
