MIDI Designer Pro layout for SECTOR

In case you missed it, SECTOR got a huge update today with all kinds of MIDI support. This layout covers all of the new functionality, while also allowing you to do some things that aren't readily achieved via the interface, like switch between presets without going into the menus, or trigger specific sectors while the app is running. It's also great for running SECTOR on multiple devices. You can use this layout by itself, or append it to another layout to control multiple apps without leaving MIDI Designer.
The layout uses the default mappings, so it shouldn't require any configuration. Let me know if you encounter any issues or have questions.
