Ultranova - El Capitan - audio problems

I know it's not the place to ask this, but since we're all "cutting edge" musicians, I thought maybe someone has the same problem and maybe a solution

So I'm running OSX EL Capitan, and just bought a second hand Ultranova (which is awesome btw). Anyway, I've installed the driver and it works, but the audio stutters and I have some lag. In any DAW.

I've tried it on my wife's Mac which has Mavericks, and it works just fine, so it's not damaged.

Hopefully there's someone here who can help out :D I believe the audio buffers and sample rate don't match up.

  • OS X El Capitan & iOS9 are still in 'beta' so issues are to be expected.

If it works on OS X Yosemite report the non-function stuff back to Apple using Radar. Testing functionality should be the reason why people sign up for betas, to report issues, not to get 'early access' to half-finished products that are not meant for everyday usage...

I'll wait for final builds of both before they get anywhere near my devices.

  • I've installed it so I can use XCode and WatchOS 2 to develop my app. I didn't planned to buy an Ultranova back then :))
