Interesting indeed, gonna download it, but won't get to play with it for a few nights.
They makes some good stuff. Wonder what this will bring.
How'd they get so many 5 star reviews and reviews in general so quick? Some developers struggle to get any, or very few. hmmmm....
Boring! No AB and IAA Nothing inspire me!
Thanks for the info, Knewspeak.
Here in the UK, no ratings as yet, maybe they search for the goose the lay the golden plugin?
ture dat......
I took the plunge (not so deep of a plunge, since it's free...)
The app description said Record, Mix, Share, but as @kaikoo said no IAA no AB, so I wondered how shall we share?
App has Open In, (which is not mentioned in the vid or on the dev site).
by brain wave! That is advanced technology!
Apple watch share? It's a time share!
copy/ paste?
No...ooooo.ooo.ooo.p....e.
"Open in", or send via email or text. That's it so far. I have a user request in for sharing via brain wave...
This reminds me the genuine 'Looptree' app!
Du du don.... Du du don.... pu....pu.... recording video demo!
What's the 'other storage services' they mention in the promo video, as a sharing option?
EDIT: on my device, my 2Do app is a sharing option, strange option.
Voice control is definitely interesting. It looks like it uses an xy type pad to set volume and panning, kind of like drumjam.
What will the Average Joe (me) actually do with this?
I haven't downloaded it yet, but if I read it correctly out sounds like it could be useful for hands free capturing of song ideas while driving, which is where most of my ideas seem to come to me. Voice commands would be helpful there for sure.
Specially in a 'hands-free' town like Austin Vicar....
Every town is pretty much hands free now. I actually have a really good Bluetooth headset that has a mic near my mouth and I've been told sounds very clear. I do record into audio share while driving but that's not totally hands free and I'd like to be.
I downloaded it and it is pretty easy to use as a sketch pad, however I could not get the voice control to work.i just went to 8.4 yesterday and so I'm still learning some new features, but as of now nothing happens when I say "start recording."
Agreed.
The ease with which you can manipulate the stereo field and store the results in Audioshare is well worth the effort.
Can't see it's purpose / potential (yet), I'm afraid...
Without AB or IAA it leaves you scratching your head, strange thing is it's not on the main iZotope website, it's got it's own.
Maybe they have Plans.
I hope they will work on something better like IRIS or BreakTweaker....
Izotope Trash is pretty nice too.
Haha, time share
Ozone could be more or less self contained, used to master a stereo track or stems. Wouldn't be surprised to see more established developers turn to iOS especially if the AU spec develops here, it should make it easier to port plugins across.
JG, if there's anything to the possibility of AU in iOS9, maybe, right?
An iOS version of Alloy or Ozone might be sweet. (I've got those on my PC, although I gotta say the Auria/Fabfilter experience gives Alloy a run for the money IMO!)
It's good news that Izoptope has come into our iOS world. Speaking of which; the app claims you can share your recording with the world...too bad you can't easily share it with the tons of AudioBus compatible apps that make up my world.
