Apollo Remote Recorder and Apollo Sound Injector updating

FYI -- both are updated to the 2.2 Audiobus library, and RR is on sale for a buck. For those that didn't know, Remote Recorder also streams audio over WiFi (to Sound Injector, which is free), and the recordings are accessible through the built-in web server.

The desktop Sound Injector plugs need some love, but have gotten pushed to a back-burner. For audio to a Mac or PC, I've been focusing on Music IO, rather than the WiFi streaming.....

And there's still more in the pipeline! Busy summer so far!
