I'm hoping someone will advise...or take one for the team, on this $60 U.S. app that can create IRs. Maybe we should do a drive to collectively fund this and have the owner responsible for collecting vehicle IRs. .

U need to have access to interesting sounding rooms with no people where you can shot a gun without getting arrested. (u need to record the bang or record very loud sine sweeps)

I have a large room currently empty and perfect for the purpose. I also know people who have guns (a predilection for which Texas and Maine share). Just not sure how I feel introducing the latter to the former...
You were my target audience JGY, knowing you live in Tx and in a cathedral-ish location in Maine...probably out of ear shot from gun fire....

Not precisely Vicar, but I must say that (who knows where this stuff comes from for any of us?) I've just had an idea for song that won't seem as though it's much to do with this discussion but our biographers will be able to say with great confidence "He wrote it in 20 minutes having been given to consider the matter of guns in confined yet large spaces...."
