hmmm... I'd l like to know too. Looks interesting.
I use this app for warming fingers. I think its great app but a little bit expensive ($119.99/year). But you don't need to get a subscription for using this app: everyday you have about 15-30 minutes of free lessons. Its good enough for warming and very useful for chords studies.
I'm using this a little. Used to be guitarbots before. It's good I guess. Let's you play for about 30 mins. Then you have to wait 12 hours. Or subscribe to a monthly deal, and then you can play all you want. Fire up jamup or another amp sim in the background. Gives it a little extra. If you don't have a guitar interface, the mic pics up your acoustic guitar just fine.
I only know what that is because ads for it play before virtually ever guitar pedal review on YouTube. Haha.
Sounds like an interesting pricing structure, even the free stuff. I've been a casual player for about 20 years, but my music theory could definitely use some work. Is this for absolute beginners or would it be helpful for expanding beyond basic pentatonic scales and learning some theory?
