Has Anybody heard any news about CS Spectral being upgraded soon or anything like that?
just curious love the app

This has always been on my want list, but there doesn't seem to be much updating or buzz about it, so that and the relatively high price have stopped me from diving in. Would love to hear what others are doing with it though.
Some of the appstore reviews made me think it wouldn't operate well on an ipad 4, is this incorrect?
I use it on Ipad Air and mini2. I use audiobus to pipe it into cubasis, mostly triggering sound files by hand with csspectral but at times as a realtime effect for instruments. The transport panel is frozen and it can bug out at times (with occassional harsh loud sound clipping that pops in seemingly at random, beware!). yah it could use some love for sure. Ten months without an update always feels shakey. i am hoping there is an update after ios9. but Anyway, i record a lot so hoping to get my moneys worth out of it even if it becomes iobsolete. Love the sounds.
I'm surprised this app hasn't been updated more frequently. It seems like a lot of work just to get that app up and running in the first place, and its features are pretty unique in iOS land.
I would really love it if they'd update the AB SDK, at least.
it's kind of a mystery app for me even though I have it... I've seen so many reports on how heavy it is on your device and that you need the latest iPad to run it well but I've been running it on my iPad 3 since it came out and have never had any problems with it...I use it to mangle samples for use elsewhere, also run beat machines through it.
Good to know, thank you. Appstore reviews can be very powerful(ly misleading).
