Introducing AutoFugue, The Best And Only Classical Vocoder Beat-Making App

Hi all,

If you have ever dreamed of vocoding your voice to Beethoven's Moonlight Piano Sonata and setting your vocals to a club-ready twerk banger you made with BeatMaker 2, well, now you can do that on an iPhone. I am thrilled to introduce AutoFugue, a classical vocoder karaoke beat-making laugh machine that supports AudioBus.

Say no more, you say? The app is available for freemium here: https://itunes.apple.com/app/id988171760

To start with, you get Book 1 of J. S. Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier paired with 5 techno beats inside the app. But you, as an AudioBus maestro, don't want to stay inside the app, so you silence AutoFugue's internal drum machine and synth, and you mix in your own beats via AutoBus. I know what you're thinking: Can I do this with the waltzes in the Well-Tempered Clavier? Yes, yes you can make your own 3/4 Baroque Techno Banger. Finally.

Overview of the kind of 18th century costume rave AutoFugue can start:

Ok, enough links. I'm Patrick Flanagan, and I wrote the audio code for AutoFugue and designed its beats. With AudioBus, of course, you don't have to use my beats, and I'm very excited to hear what the AudioBus community can do with their own creativity and AutoFugue. I've already heard what one producer did with AutoFugue vocals (that's what you hear on the SC link above) and I was blown away. I want to hear what you make and your ideas about how AutoFugue could be improved. Did I leave out your favorite Dietrich Buxtehude jam? I want to know. You can message me here, and the app email and social media info is all at http://resonantcavity.com/autofugue.

Cheers, Patrick Flanagan
