If you could go back in time to the days of the Roland / Boss CH-1 being considered to be the state-of-the-art (when I started out guitar playing) this would be seen as some kind of Star-trek technology !
I I feel nothing come s up to the Valhalla uber-mod (vst on the desktop), but this could well be a great iOS chorus.

Which Fabfilter plugin do you use for chorus? (I realize Timeless can do it; I'm just curious to know what you actually use.)
I would go to timeless first. I'd probably muck around with volcano a bit, too, as it does some interesting chorus like things as well. I find when I think I want something like a chorus, it's more like I want something that's chorus like, or moves/bounces. Not that I'm the worlds most experienced engineer, but I find my visualization of what I think I want often ends up not being the final product, so I'll try a lot of presets to get the idea right.

It does a lot of very odd things. I like it for finding a bit of an edge for something not standing out. Haven't done a lot with it, not sure how much I'll use the crazy stuff.
I guess the thing is, that this market is getting very saturated. I look at what I have, and I'll never use all of it. So my interest in new stuff is waning.
